Blink sent me this Outdoor 2K+ to test, and my first experience has been very positive. The app guided me through the Sync Module Core and camera setup, QR-code scanning made pairing simple, and the camera was mounted and working in less than 10 minutes. The 2K daytime picture looked excellent and live view felt responsive during my initial use.
Here is the catch: The included Sync Module Core does not support local clip storage. Blink also bases its up-to-two-year battery estimate on 1080p battery-efficiency settings and typical use, so I need much more time before I can judge real battery life. Amazon prices and availability can change, so confirm the final listing before ordering.
